2. main pump outlet overflow valve spring softened, aging or card death. It leads to the failure of the overflow valve to establish sufficient working pressure, so that the pressure of the main system does not meet the design requirements of the design drawings.
3. pump parameters do not meet the requirements of Eng, abnormal operation. The pressure of the oil pump supply did not meet the design requirements.
Treatment measures:
1. check whether the hydraulic pipeline has the phenomenon of oil leakage and oil leakage. Ensure that the joints of all parts of the oil pipe are connected firmly and without oil release points, and the failure caused by the oil discharge can be excluded.
2 the use of pressure gauge detection main pump outlet pressure is normal, in the top of the oil tank pressure valve block of the main pump, according to the label hydraulic drawings, pressure gauges in hydraulic joints, check the main pump pressure, ensure that the main pump pressure to meet the design requirements, the fault can be excluded due to insufficient pressure of main pump the;

Failure (2): in the process of extrusion, the selection automatically, the single extruder can not be executed according to the automatic program
There are several cases in which the extruder does not perform automatically as follows:
The 1. operator does not choose an automatic condition button, and the mechanism does not satisfy the automatic initial state or the corresponding sensor is abnormal. For example, ingot device, spindle device, gasket lubricating device, etc.
2. the extruder has no reset after the operation of a running mechanism in the automatic operation. If an institution fails to complete the action, the operator or switch to manual adjustment is not complete certain actions, such as encoder control class action to return to the set after the reset action;
3. the sensor has no signal due to the displacement of the sensor position caused by the vibration. The operation can not reach the value set by the program, can not complete the action and can not automatically enter the next step.
Treatment measures:
1., reset the extruder: open the operation panel, touch the screen, check the sensor interface, check the indication of each sensor signal, check the operation mode knob of the extruder, choose the right signal and whether there is a signal.
2., check whether the pressure display values of the extruder panel match with the pressure mechanical table, whether they meet the automatic condition, check whether the size and number of the encoders are abnormal or not, and whether any action is completed by the program.
3., check physical objects, such as sensor loosening, and use the ruler to measure the encoder travel time, which is consistent with reality, because in some locations, the sensor must be executed at the same time with the fixed point sensor.
Failure (3): failure phenomenon: the pressure curve is abnormal and the pressure is insufficient
There are several conditions for the extrusion pressure failure:
1. the control loop of the solenoid valve malfunction. For example, the lack of line voltage leads to the delay and retardation of the action sequence of the solenoid valve, and the pressure value of the extruder is affected during the working process.
2. proportional valve amplification control pump head output signal received interference goods bad contact. When the proportional valve connected to the control signal will not be able to carry out the control of extrusion speed and pressure accurately, the pressure output value of the main cylinder proportional valve will also weaken when the signal of the proportional valve decreases.
The 3. cable shielding line is loosened with the ground wire, and the proportional valve joint is permeated with oil. The demand for anti interference of proportional valve signal is strict.
Treatment measures:
1. check whether the operation of the solenoid valve is reasonable, whether the oil road has a blocking phenomenon, check the main cylinder valve block area of the hydraulic system is normal;
2., when the solenoid valve hardware has no abnormal state, open the PLC program, adjust the main cylinder proportional valve, adjust the proportional valve parameter, observe the pressure change during the extrusion process, and measure the straight with the mechanical voltage; measure the straight pressure and the request is suitable.
3. check battery valve, proportional valve amplifying signal line, shielding line loosening or not, re fasten the thread head, remove the main cylinder proportional valve connector, observe whether the interior is clean, check the sealing condition of the plug, avoid oil seepage.
